Registration for international

Registration instructions for over sea participant are below.

1. Please download and fill in a Registration form.

2. Send it by e-mail to: "elkin12@envr.tsukuba.ac.jp" with subject: "Registration request for ELKIN2012".

* Students should send a justification of their status (student identification) by e-mail. (Need to attach a picture file on above e-mail.)

3. Payment of Registration fee by Credit card.

* Initially users can obtain Registration Number/Password by clicking "If you have not registered yet, click here." on the web site. Registration Number/Password for access to the form will be supplied by e-mail.

	Registration fee include all academic and cultural programs excluding an optional tour.
*	At the time of registration, student need to send a copy of his ID or other justification by Email.
**	Ladies program will be organized.

4. Confernce office will send you a notice by e-mail.

* A receipt sheet will issue at receptionist desk of first day of the conference.
