Admission policy
Applicants are required to have strong interests in a variety of issues occurring in tropical Asian regions as well as basic knowledge of natural/social sciences and a comprehensive perspective; additionally, they must have the high motivation to solve global issues through an environmental sciences approach to build a sustainable society.

Language requirement
Scores are valid only when dated within 2 years (for example, scores are valid only when dated after January 2024 onwards to apply the examination in January 2026). All applicants (excepting for the applicants who are awarded a bachelor's degree through an English curriculum) are required to submit a score report as proof of English proficiency at the time of application. Recognized tests and minimum scores are as follows: TOEFL-iBT 61, TOEIC 650, IELTS 6.0.
受験する月から2年以内に受験して取得したスコアが有効です(例:2026年1月期入試には、2024年1月以降に受験して取得したスコアが有効)。入学試験の願書提出時に英語試験スコア (TOEFL-iBT 61 以上、TOEIC 650 以上、IELTS 6.0 以上 )の提出を求めています(ただし、英語で学士課程を修了した者を除く)。
